Kitchen ceiling was sagging, caused by inappropriately cut floor joist (the framing between two floors.)

Fixed the sagging kitchen ceiling and installed laminated veneered lumber (LVL) beams to reinforce the ceiling structure.
Being the largest undertaking at the time, we definitely underestimated the time needed to complete the renovation. We bit off more than we could chew, but learned that it was time to grow our crew. (And grow we did!)
